By signing this contract you (the puppy owner) are signing to say that you are fully aware of and agree to uphold the conditions of sale as laid out below.
1. The full sale price of the above named puppy is £..... I (the puppy owner) am aware that the £..... deposit I leave to secure the above named pup is non refundable and will be knocked off the total puppy price.
2. This puppy is believed to be in good health, has been checked by our own vet and wormed up to date with Panacur wormer. However we strongly advise that you have your puppy checked over by your own vet within 3 days of purchase. This check and any test’s or examination’s associated with it must be done at your own expense. Should your veterinary surgeon find any problem which in his/her opinion renders the puppy unfit for sale , I will take the puppy back and refund the full purchase price. This puppy is next due to be wormed on the ............................ at 12 weeks of age, then again at 16 weeks, 6 months and 12 months. This puppy will have the first part of its vaccination course on the ..........................., the second part is due on ......................... and is the responsibility of the new owner.
3. All of our pups are sold with breeding restrictions in place which can only be lifted by myself – the breeder, and will be upheld by the Northern Inuit Society. Any progeny produced from a dog/bitch with the Kiyiya affix that has not had its breeding restriction lifted will not be eligible for registration. Where the lifting of a restriction is requested I (the breeder) would like where possible to first see the dog/bitch to check that it is of good enough quality in which to be bred. Providing the dog/bitch is agreed to be of breeding quality and his/her hip score has come back well below that of the current BMS the restriction will be lifted once the dog/bitch has reached his/her second birthday.
4. Should the puppy need to be re-homed for any reason at any age you agree that the puppy/dog will be returned to Kiyiya Northern Inuit’s where he/she will be re-homed by myself.
